This agreement governs the General Terms and Conditions of purchase of the articles offered in this web by LIFEGIST, S.L., CIF B86670601, with office at Avenida del Doctor Arce 14, 28002, Madrid(Spain) (hereinafter LIFEGIST).

The CLIENT, once the registration process is finished and when buying any of our products, accepts and expressly submits to the clauses specified below and to the conditions of access and use of our web and our privacy policy, accessible through the link “Legal Notice”.

The CLIENT recognizes to have legal capacity to be bound by contract.

This contract is permanently available in the Legal Notice of our web page and can be downloaded (PDF) at the time of purchase.

1. Prices

When buying a product, the CLIENT accepts to expressly pay LIFEGIST the specified amounts of the price list of the web for the goods at the moment of the purchase.

Prices are detailed depending on the product. The final price is the total price of the product including VAT (Value Added Tax) and will be broken down in: price (VAT exclusive), taxes and total price including VAT. In payments made in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, VAT will be deducted of the prices, without prejudice of taxes or other obligations that should be paid and that will be included in the payment process.

Shipping costs are NOT included in product prices. A sum will be added per order for management, packaging and shipment costs. The final price including shipping costs appears at the end of the purchase process, before checking out. 

2. Buying process

Orders should be placed solely through  web page by individuals older than 14 years old and companies.

At the web page “e-store” tab you can see all our products, individually itemized. The buying process is explained step by step through the web: 

  1. Chose the article and check the product. With a click you can zoom in the image in order to see details of the product, technical description, composition, characteristics and price. 
  2. When selecting an article, you can choose the size and add it to the Shopping Basket; you then can decide to keep on shopping or check out.
  3. To check out an order the client must be registered. After completing the registration process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of the register.  Registered users will only need to enter the username and password created at the registration process. It is always necessary (for new and already registered users) to indicate a delivery address.
  4. To proceed to payment, whether it is done through credit card or PayPal, you will access the PayPal payment gateway and you will have to complete all payment data to continue with the buying process. 

  1. Once the process is complete you will have to check the box “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions”. 
  2. After filling in the payment data you will have to confirm the order and your credit card by clicking “Confirmar pedido” (Confirm order) and you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
  3. The billing address will be the address given during the registration process or, if you are already a user, the address of your user data. Delivery will be made at the indicated address.

The CLIENT acknowledges that the photographs of the articles in the web are an approximate image of the products offered so they might be different from the original. Descriptions and illustrations of the products offered through this web are for information only.

3. Availability and delivery

Under normal conditions, all products contained in our Web are in stock and available to immediate delivery. However, if any of the products offered were not available, it will be duly reported at the web page; non-available products may not be purchased. LIFEGIST products are available for distribution worldwide. If you don’t find your country in the drop-down menu of shipping countries you will have to contact and you’ll be informed about costs and delivery method in your country. Orders will be processed once the payment is received.

Customs duties and the cost of any management procedures payable to the competent authorities shall be borne by the client. The CLIENT is also responsible for complying with the law concerning purchases abroad and importation.

As a general rule, the maximum delivery time will be 7 business days counting since the confirmation of payment. The delivery time can take longer depending on the shipping destination but it will be communicated to you in the order confirmation e-mail. Delivery times notified by LIFEGIST are always approximate and non-binding. 

Deliveries will only take place on business days.

The transport company will deliver the goods with a delivery note at the address indicated by the CLIENT and will be written at the order note that the CLIENT will have to sign as a receipt for delivery. If the delivery is delayed by any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If the goods cannot be delivered at the indicated address because the addressee is not there, the transport company will leave a proof indicating how to proceed to schedule a new delivery. In the goods cannot be delivered because the CLIENT gave a wrong address, the reshipment costs will be paid by the CLIENT. 

To keep you informed about your order management there is an e-mail address at our webpage where you can ask information about the order. LIFEGIST will also inform you about the order status by sending e-mails to the address given by the CLIENT at the registration process. LIFEGIST shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the transport company. 

If the product is temporarily unavailable at the moment of delivery, the CLIENT will be duly informed and offered an alternative product, with similar characteristics and same price and quality. If the CLIENT is not interested in the alternative, LIFEGIST will reimburse all amounts and will inform the CLIENT about the refund procedures and terms.

4. Payment

The total price of the product can be paid with Credit Card and Paypal. Transactions are made connecting directly with the payment gateway of PayPal at the check-out. Once the payment is done, the order is immediately prepared and shipped for delivery.

LIFEGIST is unaware of credit card details and does not record any bank data of the CLIENT. This payment system is safe.  

Payments are made prior to the delivery of the product. LIFEGIST will not provide any product until the payment is received. LIFEGIST reserves the right to cancel the service, either temporarily or permanently, if any issue arises on the payment of the products.

PayPal is an independent company from LIFEGIST and their only link is a services agreement to follow payment processes. The CLIENT will save harmless LIFEGIST from any problem originated by PayPal, being PayPal the sole responsible.

5. Taxes

Final price is the total price of the product including VAT (Value Added Tax); shipment costs will be indicated in the order form, the confirmation e-mail and the invoice. 

6. Invoices

After paying, the CLIENT will receive the Invoice together with the order at the postal address indicated while processing the order. 

The CLIENT is responsible for the confirmation of reception of notifications and for notifying any data modification. LIFEGIST is exempt for any liability to that respect.

7. Warranty, Refunds and Returns


All our products are strictly quality controlled and are guaranteed. Warranty covers manufacturing or material defects. If you receive any non-conform material you shall contact LIFEGIST through indicating why it does not conform and we will contact you. Warranty covers only defective products. It does not cover defects non attributable to the supplier or a fault in the piece. The warranty document is the invoice of your purchase, which you will receive with your purchased goods.  

Refunds and Returns

Manufacturing defect or Material Errors on delivery: 

Return or change of product will only be admitted within 14 days from receiving the product. It must include all packaging and accessories and it will be checked to assure it is a manufacturing defect and not a defect caused by improper or negligent use, handling or storage. Returned products must always include the delivery note or invoice. 

The CLIENT can also return products due to a mistake on the reference number of our products or sizes or number of purchased articles. 

In all cases (return for manufacturing or packaging defect or mistake on the order) LIFEGIST will offer a substitution without additional cost and without the right to compensation for the CLIENT. Shipping costs for mended or right orders will be paid by LIFEGIST.

Other motives:

You are informed and accept, in accordance with art. 4.5 of the Royal Decree 1906/1999 that regulates telephonic or Electronic contracts with general conditions and art. 44 of Law 7/1996 for retail trade and distance sales, that you have seven working days to resolve totally or partially of the contracted products, provided that they have not been used, they are in perfect conditions and in the original packaging with all its accessories. In such cases you have the right of reimbursement of any paid amounts but assuming any managing costs generated by the return, if any.

If the article has been manufactured in accordance to the buyer’s specifications or if it’s custom made, according to art 45.c of Law 7/1996, the right of cancellation or the purchase does not apply. 

In any case, refund will always be subject to the examination of the condition of the product by LIFEGIST and to the verification that all requirements in this Terms and Conditions are fulfilled. After the returned articles are receive and, where applicable, refund will take place after 30 days of the claim and by the same method used to pay

LIFEGIST reserves the right to reject the return of a product if the communication or sending is out of the stipulated deadline or if the articles are not in the same conditions as they were when received.

Returns will be managed through e-mail at, describing the motives and causes for return. It will also be necessary to indicate full name and reference number of the order. Once received, we will process your request. 

9. Duration of the contract, withdrawal and modification of services

This contract will be completed once the product has been paid and we have sent the CLIENT a confirmation e-mail with a description of the purchase.

LIFEGIST reserves the right to modify the nature and conditions of its services in order to improve them and benefit the CLIENT.

10. Obligations of the Parties

LIFEGIST commits to deliver to the CLIENT the articles, products and goods purchased with utmost diligence and to take care of the maintenance of facilities to ensure the operation of the network with proper technical and computing equipment. LIFEGIST also commits to manage all logistics, shipping and delivering of purchases. 

The CLIENT must comply to use these services in good faith and not to violate any current law nor infringe the rights of third parties; to pay the selected product in time and form established by this Terms and Conditions and to receive it in the required place for delivery. 

LIFEGIST does not guarantee a continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service of this Terms and Conditions due to problems in the Internet, computing equipment breakdowns and other unforeseeable circumstances. The CLIENT accepts to bear these circumstances within reasonable limits and expressly waives to claim against LIFEGIST for any contractual or extra-contractual liability for any failures, errors or use of the contracted service.

11. Communications

Parties will communicate via e-mail. The CLIENT is responsible for the confirmation of reception of notifications and for notifying any data modification. LIFEGIST is exempt for any liability to that respect. The CLIENT must inform LIFEGIST about any modification through e-mail or telephone.

In accordance with article 21 of the Law of Information Society Services and of Electronic Commerce 34/2002 we inform you that we will send to your e-mail address commercial mailings and information related to our web. You have the right revoke the consent to receive our commercial communications sending an e-mail to with the word “Baja” as a title on the subject.

12. Commitment, acceptance and validity of the contract

As indicated in our privacy policy, the CLIENT is responsible for providing exact and true data and to update them.

The CLIENT acknowledges having read and accepted the legal conditions of use and the privacy policy of the web.

The CLIENT acknowledges to have understood all information about the products and delivery services offered in our web page as well as all conditions and stipulations of this electronic agreement. The CLIENT acknowledges that they are sufficient to exclude any error on the consent of this agreement and therefore the CLIENT expressly and fully accepts them.

The CLIENT is aware that this agreement will be accepted and executed when the CLIENT provides his/her data and clicks the button “Confirmar pedido” (Confirm order) in our web page and that such agreement will be completed with the payment of the service.

13. Law

This is a commercial contract bound to the Spanish laws.

In the event of discrepancies or differences between the parties on interpretation, content or execution of this Contract that cannot be solved by mutual agreement, both parties shall decide to turn to courts and tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

14. Data protection policy

In accordance with the Organic Law of Personal Data Protection 15/1999 we inform you that all personal data provided to complete the purchasing process and others needed to provide the service, are confidential and will be included in a “Gestión” (management) file under the responsibility of LIFEGIST in order to send you the purchased articles and to send you commercial information on our products, including e-mail.

We also inform you that your data are internally processed applying all security measures regulated by the Royal Decree 1720/2007 and are not published nor communicated to third parties to be for commercial or promotional purposes. 

You can prevent the reception of our commercial mailings at any moment, as well as exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition of your data at LIFEGIST, S.L. – Data Protection Responsible- Avenida del Doctor Arce 14, 28002, Madrid (Spain).

In general, it is absolutely prohibited to provide personal data of children under 14 without the consent of their parents or guardians.

Attention: This Terms and Conditions have been updated in 19/10/2013. We can modify this text at any moment, as well as change prices and offered products. Please, check the date every time you enter our Web to be certain that no change has been made.

Official version and translations

LIFEGIST may publish this text, translated into different languages. If any dispute concerning the interpretation of this Terms and Conditions agreement might arise then the Spanish version will always prevail over the translated versions.
